Shenango River Lake

Shenango River Lake is a reservoir located in Mercer and Crawford counties in western Pennsylvania. The lake was created by the construction of Shenango River Dam on the Shenango River in 1965. The lake covers an area of 11.4 square miles and has a maximum depth of 56 feet.
The lake is a popular destination for outdoor recreation activities such as boating, fishing, and swimming. It has a marina with boat rentals and a swimming beach. The lake is known for its excellent fishing opportunities, with a variety of fish species including walleye, crappie, and bass.
