Huntington Reservoir is a reservoir located in Emery County, Utah, United States. It is part of the Huntington Creek Watershed and is situated between the cities of Huntington and Castle Dale. The reservoir was created in 1974 by the construction of a dam on Huntington Creek and has a capacity of 31,000 acre-feet. It is a popular destination for fishing, boating and camping. The reservoir is home to a variety of fish species including rainbow trout, brown trout, and kokanee salmon. The Huntington State Park is located on the eastern shore of the reservoir and offers camping, picnicking, hiking, and water recreation opportunities.
