Puckaway Lake

Puckaway Lake is a 5,039-acre lake located in Green Lake and Marquette Counties in Wisconsin. It is a popular recreational lake for boating, fishing, and swimming. The lake is a shallow, fertile lake with an average depth of 8 feet and a maximum depth of 11 feet. The lake is home to a variety of fish species, including walleye, northern pike, largemouth bass, and panfish. Along the shores of the lake are numerous cottages, resorts, and campgrounds for visitors to enjoy. The Puckaway Sands State Natural Area is also located on the eastern shore of the lake and provides a habitat for rare plant species.
