Garrisons Lake is a 90-acre natural lake located in Kent County, Delaware, USA. It is situated on the east side of Route 13 south of the town of Smyrna. The lake is surrounded by forest and wetlands and serves as a popular spot for fishing, boating, and other recreational activities. There are two boat ramps and a fishing pier available for visitors to use. The lake is also home to a variety of fish species, including largemouth bass, bluegill, crappie, and catfish. The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control operates a fish hatchery nearby, which stocks the lake with fish each year. The lake and surrounding wetlands also provide important habitat for a variety of wildlife, including waterfowl, turtles, and amphibians.
