Williamstown Lake is a 333-acre man-made lake located in Grant County, Kentucky. The lake is a popular spot for fishing, boating, and recreational activities. It was created by the construction of a dam on the South Fork of the Licking River in 1957. The lake offers a variety of fish species, including largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. There are also several boat ramps and marinas around the lake, as well as picnic areas and walking trails. The lake is managed by the Williamstown Lake Board and the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife.
