Lake Peekskill

Lake Peekskill is a small community located in Putnam Valley, New York. It sits on the eastern side of a small lake called Lake Peekskill which is surrounded by hills and wooded areas. The lake is approximately 250 acres in size and is utilized for boating, fishing, swimming, and other recreational activities. The area is known for its scenic beauty and is popular for hiking and nature walks due to its proximity to the Hudson Highlands State Park and the Fahnestock State Park. It is also located near many cultural and historical attractions such as the Bear Mountain State Park, West Point Military Academy, and the Hudson River Valley.
