Lower St. Regis Lake is a lake located in the Adirondack Mountains in Franklin County, New York. It is one of the so-called "Saranac Lakes", a series of interconnected lakes in the area, and is located south of Upper St. Regis Lake and north of Spitfire Lake. The lake covers an area of approximately 1,404 acres and has a maximum depth of 58 feet. It is a popular destination for fishing, boating, and swimming, and is surrounded by forested mountains and luxury homes and camps. The lake is also notable for being home to the historic St. Regis Canoe Area, which is the only designated canoe area in the state of New York.
