About this destination
Otisco Lake is a small and scenic lake located in central New York, just south of Syracuse. It is one of the smallest of the Finger Lakes, measuring only about six miles long and one mile wide. The lake is popular for boating and fishing, with a variety of fish species including bass, walleye, and trout. There are several parks and boat ramps located around the lake, as well as a public beach and a few small restaurants. The summer months are the most popular time to visit Otisco Lake, but it also offers scenic beauty in the fall with the changing leaves.
