Island Lake

Island Lake is a small unincorporated community located in Lake County, Oregon, United States. The community is located in the high desert region of central Oregon, approximately 52 miles southeast of Bend. Island Lake is primarily a vacation destination, with numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation including hiking, fishing, boating, and camping. The nearby Fort Rock State Natural Area is a popular destination for hiking and rock climbing.
