Normandy Lake is located in south-central Tennessee, in the United States. It is situated in Coffee, Bedford, and Franklin counties, near the town of Tullahoma. The lake was created in 1976 by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) with the construction of the Normandy Dam on the Duck River. The lake, also called Normandy Reservoir, covers an area of about 2,700 acres and has approximately 150 miles of shoreline. It is a popular destination for fishing, boating, camping, and hiking. The lake is best known for its bass fishing, as it is home to largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass. Other fish species found in the lake include catfish, crappie, bluegill, and walleye. The Normandy Lake area also offers several parks, recreation areas, and campsites for visitors to enjoy.
