Lake Limestone is a reservoir located in Robertson County, Texas. It covers approximately 12,500 acres and has a maximum depth of 42 feet. The lake is used for a variety of recreational activities including boating, fishing, camping, and swimming. It is home to several species of fish including largemouth bass, catfish, crappie, and white bass. The lake is owned and operated by the Brazos River Authority and was created in 1978 by the construction of a dam on the Navasota River.
