Moss Creek Lake

Moss Creek Lake is a 260-acre reservoir located in the city of Big Spring, Texas. The lake provides recreational opportunities for boating, fishing, and swimming and is stocked with a variety of fish species, including largemouth bass, channel catfish, and sunfish. The lake also has several park areas with picnic facilities, playgrounds, and hiking and biking trails. Additionally, Moss Creek Lake is a popular birdwatching spot, with over 200 different bird species documented in the area. The lake is managed by the Colorado River Municipal Water District.
