Healdton Lake is a 2,600-acre lake located in Carter County, Oklahoma. It was built in 1969 by the City of Healdton as a water supply reservoir, but it has since become a popular recreation destination for fishing, boating, and camping. The lake is stocked with various fish species, including largemouth bass, crappie, catfish, and sunfish. There are three boat ramps and several fishing docks available for public use. The lake also has two campgrounds with RV and tent sites, as well as picnic areas and hiking trails. Healdton Lake is a popular spot for family vacations and weekend getaways in southern Oklahoma.
